This document is an electronic record, as per the terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of theaarnajewels.com (the "Platform").

Aarna ("we", "our", "us"), an enterprise of Mahalaxmi Jewellers, having its address at: 5, Shivam Complex, 10 Number Market, Arera Colony, Bhopal, is the owner and operator of the Platform theaarnajewels.com. Any person who accesses and/or uses the services and tools provided on the Platform in any manner (referred to as "you", "your") shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions for Use and be bound by the policies formulated by us, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms of Use, including the policies, constitute your binding obligations with us.

Eligibility Criteria

Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act of 1872 are not eligible to use this Platform. This Platform or any portion of this Platform may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the Platform without our express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing the Platform’s name or trademarks, brand name, or any other proprietary information without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use shall terminate the permission or license granted by us.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, slight variations may occur between batches and from what is displayed on our Platform. We believe this adds to the charm and exclusivity of our designs.
