Price Match Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Our price match policy applies to identical products available for purchase at both our store and a competitor's store. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase. 
   
2. Comparison: The competitor's product must be identical in brand, model, size, color, and specifications to the product offered by us. 
   
3. Price Verification: To request a price match, customers must provide proof of the competitor's lower price, such as a link to the product page or a printed advertisement. 
   
4. Exclusions: Our price match policy does not apply to clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, special promotions, or discounts offered through loyalty programs, rebates, or financing options. 
   
5. Geographic Limitations: Price matching is limited to competitors located within a specific geographic area, as determined by us. 
   
6. Manufacturer Restrictions: Price matching may be subject to manufacturer-imposed pricing restrictions or limitations. 
   
7. Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse price matching if, in our sole discretion, we determine that the competitor's price does not meet our terms and conditions. 
   
8. Price Adjustment: If a customer's purchase qualifies for a price match, we will adjust the price of the product to match the competitor's price. 
   
9. Decision Final: Our decision regarding price matching is final and binding. 
   
10. Modification: We reserve the right to modify or cancel our price match policy at any time without prior notice.
