At Aarna, we want you to love your jewelry! If you wish to exchange your piece for any reason, we offer a seamless exchange policy that ensures value for your purchase.

How Our Exchange Works:

• You can exchange your Aarna silver jewelry anytime for another piece from our collection.
• We will provide you with 92.5% of the original purchase value as exchange credit.
• You can use this amount towards any jewelry on our website—either of the same value or higher.
• If the new item is of higher value, you simply pay the difference.

Example:

• If you purchased a silver necklace for ₹10,000, you will receive ₹9,250 as exchange credit.
• You can use this credit to purchase another piece worth ₹9,250 or more from our collection.
• If your new selection costs ₹12,000, you only pay the remaining ₹2,750.

Terms & Conditions:

• ✔ The exchanged jewelry must be in its original condition, all the diamonds and embellishments must be intact and accompanied by the invoice.
• ✔ Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
• ✔ Exchange credit cannot be converted into cash or a refund.
• ✔ Return shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
